A threat that if I went through with the dispute, I would no longer be able to place orders with them in the future. Naturally, I proceeded with the dispute to safeguard my investment. After being misled about the shipping and receiving such appalling treatment, my confidence in the company has been shattered. While the product itself is exceptional, the incompetency displayed by the company is disheartening.
