As a dedicated wearer of Celebrity Pink jeans for years, I've had a deeply disappointing experience with the brand recently. After losing 50 pounds, I excitedly ordered 6 new pairs in various colors from Macy’s. However, the quality of my beloved jeans seemed to have declined. The back bottom seams on a pair from TJ Maxx unraveled after just two wears, and my attempts to contact Celebrity Pink through Facebook and Instagram went unanswered. Despite this setback, my loyalty to Celebrity Pink persisted, and I ordered the same beet root color in a larger size. Unfortunately, I discovered a discolored area on the jeans caused by the sticker residue, which I couldn't remove despite multiple washes. To my dismay, these jeans were no longer available on Macy’s website for a return or exchange. As a long-time, faithful customer who has consistently supported the brand and even introduced my teenage daughters to their products, I expected better customer service. In this frustrating situation, I struggled to find a way to reach out to Celebrity Pink and address these issues. I've filled out their generic form on their new website and scoured their online platforms for an email address, to no avail. Despite these challenges, I remain hopeful that Celebrity Pink will step up and assist me in resolving these quality and communication issues. However, I cannot deny the disappointment of a brand I once held in high regard making it so difficult to get in touch, especially through social media. I sincerely hope that my experience prompts Celebrity Pink to re-evaluate their customer support and maintain the loyalty of customers like me who have cherished their products for years.
