The situation escalated to the point where not one, not two, but a total of FIVE technicians were dispatched to rectify the issue. Despite their efforts, the solution was only temporary. Presently, my internet speeds paint a grim picture. I woke up one morning to a meager 47 Mbps download speed and a pitiful 67 Mbps upload speed on wifi — a far cry from the consistency I once enjoyed. In stark comparison, my previous provider, Xfinity, offered a steady 150 Mbps without signal disruptions or extended downtimes. Engulfed in frustration, I conducted speed tests that revealed my laptop's capability of achieving speeds up to a remarkable 343 Mbps on wifi and a staggering 950 Mbps via ethernet. My evaluation for centurylink.com This firm has the worst customer support I've ever encountered. I canceled my web in August 2003 and am nonetheless getting payments for it though I've had T-Cellular since September. I can not even start to depend the variety of instances I've contacted the corporate and at all times get a unique reply. I've a landline with CenturyLink however could cancel that soon--cannot resolve the web downside.
