Abusing language, & Asking for personal information,

After making the payment through PayPal, I encountered a series of issues. From being unable to login to my account to experiencing service problems with cPanel, it was a frustrating beginning. I reached out to their tech team multiple times to resolve the staging and live website issue, but I was met with unprofessionalism and a lack of concern. In fact, they even asked for my personal password and username, which raised serious red flags for me. Ultimately, I had to request the cancellation of my account and a refund. Shockingly, the response from their customer service was beyond inappropriate, leaving me utterly disheartened.
