The manageress decided to put the phone down on us so we headed in store. Poor store assistant was left to deal with us with no idea what to do. He went in the office to see the manageress, who refused to come and deal with us for a simple refund. Instead, to our surprise she called 4 security guards who attended. Only then did she make an appearance and started swearing at us. Security had to tell her to calm down. No resolution we went outside the store, again the manager told us to p*** off! tried calling so called customer services and nobody ever picks up the phone. You’re on your own. No option to perform a chargeback. Absolutely shocking behaviour to a customer. Had I known they were part of F. Hinds I would never have entered. Never again.
