Was persistently directed to a chat bot who up to date me all day saying supply was due by 10/02. Stayed in all day because the bot was unable to supply a supply window. At 21.26pm recieved a whats app message from the bot saying that supply was due by 8pm on 10/02Then checked my emails to seek out an e-mail from 19.25 saying that supply was now delayed unil 13/02. So the e-mail chat bot and the whats app chat bot are having a disagreement!! How rediculous, and on high of that e-mail from Nicholas Wheeler "founder" who clearly doesn't care, and doubtless from his private bot, saying he hopes I'm proud of the service. NO I AM NOT HAPPY MR WHEELER. I stayed in all saturday ready in your supply, while being informed by your bot that it was approaching the ten/02 - on 4 events. I do know issues go mistaken, however let me know sooner so I dont waste my day down the bathroom and relying in your ROBOTS misinformation.
