Despite reaching out and expressing my willingness to return the jeans at my own expense, I encountered resistance from the company. Due to personal circumstances - the passing of my mother and the resulting upheaval in my life - I was unable to return the jeans within the 30-day window. Despite my attempts to reach out to cheapundies.com, I was met with silence and unresponsiveness. Even when I contested the charge with my credit card company, the retailer responded by sharing my private purchase history, which felt like a retaliatory action. Frustrated with the lack of communication and support, I filed consumer complaints with various agencies, but cheapundies.com continued to refuse to respond. This experience has been incredibly disheartening, especially after years of being a loyal customer.
