I thought hey with covid I understand, then it becomes May, June, finally September I reached out to them to ask where my shoes were. They said they could not find the order and could not give me a refund because I had passed the return window which was 60 days after the order date, not from when I received the shoes. Now customer service has stopped responding to my ticket. This company should be put out of business as they are simply thieves with a website.
