My assessment for cleantec.biz Karcher Xpert One HD 7125 Alternative Hose - 15m. The fallacious hose was shipped out. I despatched Cleantec images clearly displaying what the problem was and the substitute that was despatched was an identical to the primary one. A full refund was given however no try was made to rectify the problem. Very poor high quality management permitting the fallacious half to be shipped twice.
