Review Description: Told a Clinique.com rep about an incomplete fulfillment of an order. Took about 30 minutes after I had given them all the details to pull up the order for me to finally throw my hands up & move on. The 30 minutes was their delay...after each bit of info, they’d disappear for ~5-10 minutes. Looks like they are trying to discourage questions (but they pay the price by losing customers). I never got my full order or an answer. I sure don’t trust their online site (after having been a long time Clinique customer of ~40 years)

Review Description: Love the products, but the website is simply not working, I have not been trying for 2 days to check out but can neither see the cart, not log into account to save the cart at least. Perhaps you should plan for the traffic before you release theres promotions, as they are worth nothing, unless customers can actually go through the full user journey... very disappointing.

Review Description: I am not able to utilise the website to order online. I am losing out on the Black Friday deals. The money gets deducted from my account but the order is not processed on Cliniques side. Then i just get a sorry for the inconvenience but we cant fix the situation for you. I do not wish this horrendous experience onto my worst enemy. R6000.00 worth of money gone but orders not generated. Terrible for a supposedly reputable international company.
