Areeb from Cloudways Helped Recover My Site From a Catastrophic Crash

My review for cloudways.com My site came under attack from a well known company's "crawler". Up until this day my site was running nice and fast on Cloudways excellent server. I panicked because I was unable to view my very own site. Luckily the online support assigned me an excellent engineer by the name of Areeb and he painstakingly analyzed server logs and everything to get my site back up. Truly grateful to the amazing team at Cloudways with a special nod to Areeb!

Hands down the best hosting support out…

My review for cloudways.com Hands down the best hosting support out there! I was having DNS record troubles and the tech agent, Sidra did everything possible to troubleshoot the issue. FINALLY, after more than 30 minutes, we were able to resolve the issue. The agent was so kind, patient, and a great problem solver. I didn't feel rushed or belittled for my tech knowledge. I've only been a CloudWays client for a little while, but I know, I made the right choice by switching over to them. And my site is faster than EVER. So glad to be a part of the CoudWays family.
