Bought an appliance package for our new…

After browsing through several appliance retailers, we ended up purchasing a comprehensive appliance package from coastappliances.ca for our new home. The entire package comprised Samsung appliances, and expectations were high for their performance. However, our initial experience was disheartening. Let’s start with the microwave range hood; it seemed incapable of handling basic cooking without setting off the fire alarm. Despite being vented outside, it failed to move any air. The breaking point was when they dismissed the vent's inefficiency as something we had to accept. To add to our frustration, a shelf in the fridge broke. Exasperated, we turned to Samsung, hoping for better support, but sadly, the treatment was equally poor.
