Bought an appliance package for our new…
After browsing through several appliance retailers, we ended up purchasing a comprehensive appliance package from coastappliances.ca for our new home. The entire package comprised Samsung appliances, and expectations were high for their performance. However, our initial experience was disheartening. Let’s start with the microwave range hood; it seemed incapable of handling basic cooking without setting off the fire alarm. Despite being vented outside, it failed to move any air. When we reached out to Coast for assistance, the response was disappointing, with little concern for our inconvenience. The breaking point was when they dismissed the vent's inefficiency as something we had to accept. To add to our frustration, a shelf in the fridge broke. Seeking resolution, we approached Coast, only to learn that they considered it a cosmetic issue exempt from the warranty. Exasperated, we turned to Samsung, hoping for better support, but sadly, the treatment was equally poor. These experiences left us feeling neglected and deeply dissatisfied, especially after investing a significant amount in these appliances. Moving into a new home is challenging enough without dealing with subpar products and unresponsive customer service. We understand that things can go wrong with any purchase, but the lack of accountability and support from both Coast and Samsung was truly disheartening. We hope that by sharing our experience, others can make more informed decisions. In the future, we'll be seeking out companies that prioritize customer satisfaction and stand behind their products, something sorely lacking in our recent dealings with Coast and Samsung. G

Through perseverance and unwavering determination, we sought resolution. Though the road was fraught with obstacles, our persistence paid off. With the support of diligent technicians and compassionate customer service representatives, our kitchen saga reached a turning point. Today, as we stand in our transformed kitchen, basking in the glow of fully functional appliances and restored faith in customer service, we reflect on the tumultuous yet transformative journey we endured. Every glitch, every setback, and every moment of frustration was a stepping stone towards a triumphant resolution. Through the trials and tribulations, we discovered the power of resilience and the invaluable significance of exceptional customer service.
