Furthermore, they promote free registration for donating the 5x1000 tax contribution, only to delay or make excuses when responding to emails, ultimately providing a measly annual phone consultation upon successful registration. It feels like a complete scam. It is disheartening to see an organization claiming to advocate for consumer rights engaging in such deceptive practices.
