My review for collectablekingdoms.com After buying an item late Tuesday evening and having the payment taken straight away I waited the next day for my dispatch e-mail. Having received nothing Wednesday and at close of business Thursday I sent them a message on their site using the "contact us" page. Having got to Saturday having had no response nor my item shipped I decided to go through PayPal and see if I could get any luck that way. I was refunded about an hour later and an email from them confirming the refund. This was literally the only response I'd had from them since ordering. Having now read the snarky customer service responses to their bad reviews I wish I'd come here first and avoided the hassle. Terrible company. Avoid.
