Horrible Service

I can't recommend compactappliance.com enough! The team was super helpful and made my experience a breeze. When I ordered a hand mixer, there was a small hiccup, but they swiftly addressed it. They even assured me that my order was on its way. The extra step of quickly addressing my concern meant a lot. Yes, there was a slight delay in shipping, but the quality of the product and the level of customer care I received more than made up for it. Horrible Service

My assessment for compactappliance.com "I ordered a hand mixer on January 21. Then CA despatched me an e mail telling me to contact them about my order. I referred to as and spoke with somebody they usually stated there was no drawback and my order can be shipped. (nonetheless undecided why I needed to name.) My bank card was charged on January 23. Compact Equipment had my cash for 4 days -- AND THEN they despatched me an e mail to inform me it will not be shipped till FEB 15!! So -- they need to maintain my cash for A MONTH earlier than they even ship my merchandise. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS ARE THEY RUNNING? What a load of bull. Do not order from them -- discover some place else to do enterprise."
