I went through to checkout and confirmed the purchase at £13.49. Later when I opened the confirmation e-mail I couldn't believe it, I had been charged £23 for the item! When i went back on to the website the price had indeed changed to £23 but that was NOT the price I had on my screen all the way through ordering. As far as i'm concerned I have had money stolen from me.
