I recently purchased an HP laptop CPU fan from ComputersAll and I must say that my experience was less than satisfactory. Despite receiving a prompt confirmation email and an initial Order status update, the communication and follow-up regarding my order left much to be desired. After several attempts to reach out to the customer service team, I found myself in the dark about the status of my order. Despite my numerous attempts to get in touch via phone and email, I was met with silence and no resolution in sight. It was frustrating to have paid for a product and to be left without any delivery or updates on my order. The lack of communication and unfulfilled promises regarding updates on the order left me feeling disappointed and dissatisfied with the overall service. It's disheartening when a company asks for a review while the customer's order remains unfulfilled. I hope that my feedback serves as an opportunity for improvement in the way customer orders and communication are handled in the future. As a customer, my experience with ComputersAll fell short of my expectations, and I truly hope that this feedback leads to positive changes in their customer service processes.
