NOT TRUSTWORTHY

I've had the most frustrating experience with congstar.de. Between March 28, 2023, and May 17, I found myself constantly battling with being charged for services I never asked for or had already canceled. It was an absolute nightmare. I even returned the SIM cards, but was still billed. When I tried to reason with the representative, they not only brushed off my concerns but also claimed that credit was issued, which was simply untrue. Honestly, it felt like they didn't understand the word "NEIN." Getting my concerns addressed was like talking to a brick wall. To make matters worse, I even had the phone hung up on me during some of these conversations. I felt hopeless and infuriated. However, I refuse to be taken advantage of. Though they claimed to issue a credit, I never saw a cent. To add insult to injury, despite canceling in advance, they still charged my account. I've had enough, and I'm ready to take action. Their lack of integrity is beyond disappointing. It's time to escalate this matter to the appropriate authorities.
