Review Description: I placed this order on the 1st of December and still have not received it. Unfortunately I don't have the order number, but I do have the tracking number which when I try to track the order it tells me that EVRI have received my parcel and will inform me when the courier will be delivering it, the was dated 3rd December. This was supposed to be a 2 day delivery according to EVRI. !! I am very displeased with the service and the means of contacting either company.

Review Description: I was informed that my parcel was ready for dispatch. I was very surprised when it was delivered 2 days later. I received a message to tell me when it would be arriving. I was out but the courier hid my parcel in my front garden. The package was intact and all items inside in very good condition.

Review Description: Our order for slippers for my 92 year old mother were very late arriving. We paid more for the advertised next day delivery. We wasted our money as two days later the courier had still not received them. We tried to contact Coopers which proved impossible. We emailed them and have received no reply.

Review Description: The pan for use in the microwave is exactly what we were after. However, the torches for adding to key rings have been let down by the rotating LED holder being the means of turning the LED on and off. In the off position the LED holder is free to rotate with general movement and one LED and set of batteries has fallen out leaving an empty metal holder. Comes as a set of 10, don't know how successful they will be.

Review Description: There were several baubles missing, the hangers sat on the tree without the baubles, there appeared to be a hole at the bottom of the tree where the support hangers didn’t appear to function. The overall quality of the tree is disappointing, the images over promise and it is over priced

Review Description: This one star is owed to the great effort of their delivery partner Evri. I would rate it as 0 if I could. I would not recommend any of you buy from this firm online. You will never know when their delivery partner will send you the goods. Good luck, and I will never shop there unless they change their delivery partner. And hold the person who decides to pick EVRI accountable. It is absolute frustration.

After about 6 days I had to email and ask if they had been despatched and the day after that I had notification they had been despatched that day. That was 2nd Dec and parcel just arrived today 7th Dec.
