Had to reinstall my 2020 version of…

I recently had a challenging experience with reinstalling my 2020 version of Paint Shop Pro from corel.com. Despite having a "lifetime license," the software simply wouldn't install. When I reached out for support, the agent I spoke with seemed disinterested and suggested that I purchase their latest software instead. Feeling misled and frustrated, I expressed my intention to switch back to Adobe, a major competitor. The response I received was not only indifferent but also left me feeling undervalued as a customer. It's disheartening because I truly believe that Paint Shop Pro is a fantastic alternative to Adobe's Photoshop. However, the inability to reinstall the software, coupled with the unsatisfactory support experience, left me thoroughly disappointed. My overview for corel.com Needed to reinstall my 2020 model of Paint store Professional for which I purchased a "lifetime licence". The software program would not set up and the agent I spoke to was clearly not curious about serving to. They then advised me to purchase their newest software program as the answer - I do not need to, I've a "lifetime licence" for PSP 2020! After I advised them that this felt deceptive and that I would be taking my enterprise again to their foremost competitor Adobe, the agent just about simply mentioned "advantageous I am closing your help ticket byeeee!" Absolute joke. Keep away from this firm just like the plague. It is such a disgrace as a result of the software program is an efficient different to Adobe's Photoshop. Humorous how the software program could not be reinstalled, but even with a deep clear of my PC's program folder, Corel are STILL spamming my PC with popups for his or her newest merchandise - that works however your precise software program would not!? Shame.
