200% Price increase . Absolutely shocked with the price…

My review for cosmote.gr Absolutely shocked with the price increase . I was about to enter into a new 24 month contract on the app. at the end of January 2024 for €24,00 per month less €12,00 per month for a 24 month contract for unlimited data ,calles and 2000 SMS p/m. I hesitated as I wanted confirmation from the store as to the final price . When I went back to yhe app in 1st of February 2024 that contract was €60 less €12,00 p/m for 24 month contract as per app. The customer helper at Cosmote store quoted me €60 with out the €12,00 per month. This price increase of 200 % and inconsistency with pricing between app and store is very disappointing. Baie Baie Cosmote hello Nova.
