It's fair to say that Costa provides a more "budget-friendly" option, so one shouldn't set expectations too high. For us, the price-performance ratio was acceptable. However, the experience of dining left something to be desired. The lunch offerings were presented in very small portions, resembling more of a tasting than a full meal, and the quality of the food was inconsistent. The staff, however, were friendly and accommodating. The constant upselling of extras, such as paid restaurants, photographers, and roaming vendors selling jewelry, perfume, and tobacco, did prove to be a bit of a nuisance. Additionally, the Costa app was bothersome as it required constant phone usage, particularly for ordering in the restaurants, which may be inconvenient, especially for older guests. While our time with Costa was indeed an experience, it unfortunately did not leave a lasting impression.
