Terrible terrible terrible firm

My assessment for crocs.com Terrible terrible terrible firm. I ordered my buy on twenty fifth Jan for my vacation staring eighth January. I by no means acquired any supply replace till 2nd jan so I contacted the net chat and he mentioned it will likely be coming in a number of days being delayed because of the vacation season. So I waited for a number of days no replace so I contacted once more then this time this man mentioned it has been lacking so made the refund case. I requested him what if it could be delivered then he mentioned no it wouldn’t. Then subsequent day I ordered one other pair from one other firm and I acquired it over the weekend. Then on the eighth I acquired the replace from the courier that it could be delivered on that day. I this time referred to as the customer support and he mentioned the refund case has been rejected since I acquired the product and I defined what occurred. He understood and made one other case. 3weeks later no refund so I emailed again to the refund case e mail then he simply replied to me ‘sadly the case was rejected’. What a ridiculously terrible firm who has no ethics in buying and selling. Terrible terrible. DO NoT purchase the exhibits straight however use retailers they're much higher
