Even then, the replacement power supply I received was below the wattage of my original one. To make matters worse, I was quoted a staggering 902 Euros for a repair due to alleged water damage. As someone who is prohibited from having any liquids at my workstation, the accusation seemed preposterous. The images provided to me did not resemble water damage, but rather a smudgy, oily substance. Furthermore, I was told during the second repair that components claimed to have been replaced during the initial repair were, in fact, only cleaned. This experience has left me deeply disillusioned. I have since escalated the matter within the Ministry and have plans to engage legal representation.
