My review for cuddleclones.com UPDATE: I finally heard back from a live person on 12/24 (Xmas eve!) who indicated that they had sent it FedEx (even though the tracking number they provided me was for USPS), and that it had arrived Wednesday 12/20 (even though I received no notification it had been shipped much less arrived). I called the recipient, and she did indeed receive it, but had put it aside with other Xmas gifts. She opened it and LOVED the pajamas. So, all is well that ends well, but the customer service needs to kick up a notch in my opinion in terms of keeping buyers apprised of the order status. I ordered a pajama set for a friend for a Christmas gift on 12/2/23. I paid via PayPal, and waited. And waited. And waited. For the last 9 days, the “tracking” info indicates that a label has been generated at USPS in Ohio, and they are “waiting for product.” I have emailed Cuddle Clones 3 times, and have yet to receive any substantive response. There is no number to call. This site is a TOTAL FAKE and ripoff. I will now seek a refund.
