My evaluation for cuyana.com I positioned an order on-line for a cuyana bag and now I'm making an attempt to contact customer support. The quantity listed is an answering machine saying they cant reply telephones and to write down to an e-mail deal with to be answered on a primary come foundation ! Why???? That is CERO customer support. For a $400 bag ? I might haven't ordered something if I had recognized this

My evaluate for cuyana.com Terrible customer support. Bought a number of objects from them through the years and the final merchandise I bought the zipper tab broke making it inconceivable to open and shut the pockets. I requested to ship it again for restore and was instructed they'd no document of my buy and so they mainly instructed me to unhealthy. I offered all my Cuyana merchandise and can by no means promote or personal one other piece. For the costs they cost they need to stand behind their merchandise and workmanship. Don’t purchase from them, you are able to do higher with one other model.
