I finally got a replacement (1st one was defective), and received a e gift card for my troubles. Went to use that, no “F’n” good! Been waiting almost a week to hear back from them! Had enough! Review Description: This company does not stand by its products. I had my bike serviced by a mechanic who installed a Cycle Gear battery. Less than 3 months later, the battery was dead. Because it was installed by a mechanic, the company won't honor the warranty - despite the fact I have an invoice for the battery. Their rationale is that I need the actual order number to honor the warranty. That is something only the mechanic has and he is no longer operational during Covid. They could have looked in their records but instead chose to punt.

Review Description: I purchased a helmet for my son's upcoming birthday and because the store keeps hardly anything in stock, I had to order it. After weeks of waiting and emails sent in error stating it had arrived I finally received a phone call from the store assuring me it was in and could be picked up. I went down today to pick it up only to find a note on the front door stating they were "closed until further notice". Now I have no helmet for my son's birthday and no way of picking up the helmet that I have already paid for. I will NEVER shop at Cycle Gear again.
