It took them a whopping 7 days to ship my order, which is just mind-boggling for what should have been a two-day drive. To add insult to injury, when my package finally arrived, the packing slip inside was for UPS, not Ontrac. I cannot stress this enough - please save yourself the headache and avoid using Ontrac shippers. My personal experience was one riddled with disappointment and inconvenience.
