I had the misfortune of dealing with Sathish and Monisha, who not only displayed a severe lack of empathy but also seemed completely disengaged during our interaction. It felt as though I was speaking to robots rather than human representatives. To make matters worse, my call was abruptly disconnected while I was in the middle of expressing my concerns. In addition to this, I was taken aback by the unauthorized migration of channels without my consent. It was frustrating to realize that the company seemed to operate with little regard for their customers' preferences. This lack of transparency and consideration only added to the already disappointing service I had received. I am compelled to caution others against choosing D2H due to the consistent and subpar service I experienced. Even a one-star review wouldn't be sufficient to convey the extent of my dissatisfaction with this company.
