I have a tracking number that doesn’t tell me the courier (so I can’t contact them). Meanwhile my order is just sitting there…the human assistant from DM raised a ‘ticket’. Nothing has happened so I might as well have ordered thru liquorland as order I placed with them arrived and is being consumed.
