poor customer service

My review for darphin.co.uk I've had 3 orders cancelled with no update. When I contacted customer service I received no explanation and they were trying to convince me the transactions didn't went thru until I sent them pictures with each transaction. Don't buy from them..horrible services and even worse customer service
