Review Description: Paid for next day delivery. Nearly a week on and no delivery. Surely you could cancel that one and send a replacement?Other item arrived damaged. No options online to send back if damaged. Very poor customer service. I will never use Debenhams again.

Review Description: I ordered an item which was not delivered on time. After reaching out to Debenham’s customer service on Twitter, they replied after 24 hours (which was not so long considering the amount of messages they receive and that it was Black Friday period) saying that they will investigate. Although it took five days to hear back from them, they did indicate what the reason for delay was and shipped a new item immediately which I received 2 days later. The customer service was great, they were nice and looked like they cared.

Review Description: Had an issue with an order that was damaged on delivery. The only way to contact Debenhams was via messanger so didn't expect much let alone a resolution. However received a reply the same day and ref Zoe resolved. Excellent communication and customer service.

Review Description: I previously wrote a very unhappy review that I wanted to update, I’m afraid as an older person I was looking for more traditional ways to solve my problem, I stick with the complaint that my items were packaged badly so got broken but then I wasted time trying to contact them in more traditional ways instead of going straight to social media ie Instagram, my problem was solved quickly and efficiently, new items sent next day delivery, no problem! I suggest to anyone with problems go to Instagram

Review Description: Placed order for trousers on 04/12/22. Two stars as received order on 07/12/22.However, on one of the items the tag reads 30S (size ordered), but on the inside label it is 32S. Second time round I’ve had the same issue. No phone number to call, so sent a message as they’ve got a text message service. Still awaiting response. Very, very annoying. Not holding my breath on receiving a decent level of service!

Review Description: Parcel gone missing. Contact form on website doesn't work and there's no phone number. Wish I'd checked trustpilot before I ordered. First and last time I will ever order from here. Just glad I'd paid for the item on a credit card as I will be claiming the money back.
