My review for dell.com Sadly their great products are killed by terrible customer service. As a small business owner with just me as an employee. I accidentally ordered something that didn't connect to my laptop. I tried to exchange it with Dell and they refused even within a 10 day period (UK standard law is 14 day returns for online shopping). I'm now stuck with a product I can't use, have lost the money and Dell didn't care. M

My review for dell.com They are the worst company I have ever experienced. Just trying to get hold of them is a nightmare and then trying to get your money back after a return or cancellation is horrifying and will take you days of going around in circles on there website. Even when you get someone to call or have the number it's become worse as they said they cannot process the refund until an internal process happens and I didn't even have the product they did. Just do yourself a favour and leave dell products alone. Worst company I've dealt with. A

My review for dell.com I am using dell vostro series and also purchased onsite support and extended warranty i paid the extra amount for the same. But if i faced any issued they never provide any solution and no one visit to fix the problem first time they reinstall the windows second time asking for me to replug the RAM manually even i am not technical person and don’t have the toolkit. If i paid the extra amount then what is the benefit for the same. This is really a worst experience ever in my life. I’ll highly recommend to everyone that not to choose dell and don’t pay any extra amount for any support and extra warranty. They are making fool on the name of support and extra warranty. My review for dell.com Worst customer service around, everyone just speaks from a script and repeats the same thing over and over. My daughter’s computer needed to be repaired over 4 times in less than 2 years and the motherboard went twice. When I told them this was a lemon they just keep saying they will fix it again. Seems like all we do is send this thing in for repairs. They did finally offer me 6 months more warranty after I had to go the BBB to file a complaint, and good thing because it broke again a week later. H

Online it shows they received the computer and a refund is in their way and I have not received the money. That was back last year on December 2023. They gave me a refund number and I have not received my money. They have have stolen my money and I can't get a human answering the phone. My review for dell.com I have installed the dell peripheral manager on my new dell latitude (windows 11) now more than 8 times. I'm always installing the latest version. The app gets uninstalled (icon disappears and installation folder is removed) at strange times without my intervention. First I thought it was when a windows update or shutdown took place but now I just verified it also happens when I'm simply working. Nowhere a reason for this can be found. It could be related to this: answers.microsoft.com_en-us_windows_forum_all_apps-and-programs-are-uninstalled-by-themselves_027f2d26-4cf3-4186-a848-2a41b3658ec I can see in the windows logfiles the app is installed but no messages on the removal/uninstall. Dell support offers no working solution to request assistance. The chatbot doesn't understand the issue and refuses to contact human technical support indicating that it is outside office hours. Even when I contact them at 11AM when the chatbot office hours are from 10AM to 8PM. The feedback form on the website for the app support doesn't allow me to submit the feedback. Phone contact doesn't work as well. The worst customer care I have seen in my Life!!!! L

I had to endure many hours in Groundhog Day customer service chat bot loops, with zero responsibility being taken for this warranty product failure. Finally a technician is booked to come and fix it.
