Review Description: Someone called “Isha” is a really back-draw and disadvantage to the company; she lied saying the refund will be issued today or tomorrow but when I rang after three days then the other colleague said that this is not the statement or the case “we need further evidence” like why would you lie about it if u need further evidence. Waste my time.

Review Description: They will screw you for your money. I brought a brand new laptop Inspirion 3000. Paid about $500. My worst decision.. The laptop froze all the time and would take 30 mins to do anything on the laptop. Spent hrs and hrs with technical support and it was USELESS with all their troubleshooting support. Basically i used the computer 3-5 times and had to garbage. Tech support denied to take it back. I feel DELL IS NOW A SCAM COMPANY.... NEVER NEVER NEVER BUYING FROM THEM EVER AGAIN

Review Description: Just got a new Latitude computer and it won't load and stays on blue screen. Chat support was no help.Asking for a replacement as I should not have to go thru all this on a brand new computer. After seeing reviews here I think it might be better to get a refund instead. It is not even 3 hours old.

Review Description: Misleading product descriptions, nonexistent customer service. My product doesn't have the functions it advertised, but they won't do anything about it. Bar none the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Oh, and the ONLY way to leave a review on their website is to install their proprietary Dell bloatware and pray that it will let you. (Because they don't want honest reviews on their site.)

Review Description: I am very happy with the laptop I purchased Dell Precision 3570 and all the hardware preferences I have chosen with the given 'built your own laptop' option. It is so silent, never gets warm and it handles perfectly the heavy files I have to deal with for my urban planning projects. It has a 16GB RAM and NVIDIA Graphic card which are the ones I would suggest for everyone who works in the field of Architecture. Also, the technical support they give is very good and quick! I highly recommend Dell!

Review Description: 1. My order label mailing address was not the address I entered online and they changed my "The East Mall" to "The e mall". Courier tried twice but couldn't deliver.2. It usually includes Windows support for Lenovo, Acer, and Asus, even if they just reinstall it for me it's acceptable. But Dell is asking me to upgrade my service plan or pay for each request.3. My laptop has keyboard marks and I'm afraid it's from overheating. But they transferred my case to a paid cleaning services and closed my case without providing any advice.

Review Description: We bought this laptop just two months ago from amazon and it has barely been used, but it has started to lag, the mouse is does not work, the software does not get close and at times it does not even turn on unless you plug in. I have raised ticket with del center yesterday but have receive no response or update. I am greatly disappointed with dell services and product. Review Description: Horrible customer service, never take a word from an agent. I purchased samage warranty for $400!!! A year after my son broke my screen, sent the device being promised it will take 10 business days max to get it back, it's been 45 days and Im with no laptop to work on and now they are only offering to replace it with a lower model !!!

Review Description: Latest XPS is rubbish. Within a few days of using it, there were multiple problems. Eventually Dell support worked out that it needed a complete motherboard replacement. They want to replace it with a second hand part - basically giving me a second hand machine after charging me full price for a new machine. Do not buy a Dell laptop!
