Defective One Write checks

Being a business owner I understand the importance of having reliable and efficient business checks. Thats why I turned to for my check printing needs. However I was disappointed when the 1200 worth of checks I ordered turned out to be defective. Upon receiving the checks I realized that they did not transfer to the ledger as they should. This was a crucial problem that affected the smooth operation of my business finances. Frustrated I reached out to customer service hoping for a solution to this issue. To my dismay I was informed that they were indeed experiencing problems with the product. Despite acknowledging the issue they expressed their inability to offer any assistance or resolution. I was left feeling helpless and unsupported as a customer. This experience left me feeling let down and frustrated. As a business owner I rely on the products and services I invest in to be reliable and to support the smooth operation of my business. Unfortunately fell short in delivering on these expectations. I sincerely hope that takes customer feedback seriously and works towards resolving such issues in the future ensuring that other businesses do not face similar challenges. Effective and reliable financial tools are essential for the success of any business and I trust that can strive to uphold these standards in the future.

Would rate as a zero if it was an

A disheartening experience with left me feeling utterly frustrated and disappointed. What should have been a straightforward transaction turned into a nightmare as the company double charged our account on 9123 and to make matters worse they adamantly refused to refund the money. The following months were spent in a disheartening cycle of endless phone calls where I repeatedly encountered unhelpful customer service representatives. Promises of a callback from a supervisor were consistently broken amplifying our sense of helplessness. Needless to say it was a thoroughly exasperating experience that left a sour taste in my mouth. My advice to potential customers is crystal clear steer well clear of This is not a company that values its customers or their hardearned money. Save yourself the frustration and hassle and take your business elsewhere.

Waiting over 6 weeks.

Waiting over 6 weeks. Goods could be anywhere in 3 places. Customer service appallingly rude and uncaring. Constantly e mailing them and getting the run around. I believe I am being scamned. Dreadful companyVery bad reviews on trust pilotAnd hard to find out anything about them. I think they are possibly scammerscertainly untrustworthy and after 6 weeks today Ive been informed they cannot locate my goods which were in Belfast UK many weeks ago and easily deliverable to me . Will not refund my money Asked me today to be patient When they cannot tell me where my order now is it when it might be delivered I suspect never. Do not trust this company. Customer service did not follow

Customer service did not follow instructions on shipping our checks. The tracking number provided was invalid and I was told well sorry thats all I can do..would you like more checks sent .. DO not order from Deluxe My checks are still missing.

Deceptive sales and web site

Deceptive sales and web site information on cost and products. Beware of this company they advertise price by box of checks but I found out the hard way a box of checks is just one pack of 25checks. No where does it call out the actual quantity of checks when ordering. I called to see what was up when was I getting the rest of my checks and got Virgina. Who in a very snooty and condescending way told me oh well you should have read the fine print that some checks come in a box on ONE

Deceptive discount offer and no service

Received email with a 25 discount on all checks. Placed an order but the promo code shows as invalid. No way to talk to anyone anymore just an automated system that only takes orders. Site is no better and refers you to your financial institution for issues. They of course send you back to Deluxe as they do not process check orders. Horrible no service. Based on other reviews probably wont even get my over priced checks. I contacted my bank to tell them to find another vendor. All need to do this to stop this

Not worth it

A Disappointing Experience Why You Should Avoid ThemI recently had a truly frustrating experience with a certain company and I feel compelled to share my story to caution others. The whole ordeal was incredibly disheartening and raised serious concerns about the companys competency and customer service. After placing an order with this company I had the misfortune of encountering a series of mishaps that left me deeply dissatisfied. First and foremost the company inexplicably sent my order to the wrong address. This blunder caused an extensive delay in receiving my package which mind you I desperately needed. Unfortunately due to their inefficiency it took weeks for the package to even be shipped. By the time it was en route I had already relocated to a new address rendering the shipment completely inaccessible to me. To compound matters I took proactive steps to rectify the situation by updating my address with my banking institution. However even with the corrected information on file the company still managed to deliver my package to the old address. This begs the question whats the point of having a process for address updates if its blatantly disregardedAdding insult to injury there was no tracking information available for the order. Its 2021 in this day and age the absence of package tracking is simply unthinkable. How can a company justify shipping items especially important ones like checks without providing customers with a means to monitor their delivery This lack of accountability and transparency only exacerbated the frustration and inconvenience I experienced. As if these logistical blunders werent exasperating enough attempting to communicate with the company proved to be an exercise in futility. Their customer service was virtually nonexistent making it nearly impossible to reach a representative and seek resolution. This lack of accessibility left me feeling incredibly helpless and undervalued as a customer. In the end this entire ordeal has not only been a major inconvenience but has also eroded my trust in the company. As a result Im not only considering taking my business elsewhere but also contemplating the necessity of maintaining a relationship with the banking institution associated with this debacle. In conclusion my experience with this company has been nothing short of disappointing. From shipping blunders and a lack of tracking information to woefully inadequate customer service its clear that there are significant areas in need of improvement within this company. Therefore I feel compelled to caution others against engaging with this company to spare them from a similarly disheartening experience. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs.

I placed an order for Deposit Slips

I placed an order for Deposit Slips online. When ordering it prompts you to put in the information you want on the checksdeposit slips and your routing and account number. When I received the order the routing number just said 5000 and 1000 and my bank would not accept it that way. I called deluxe and after getting the run around for too long I hung up. They said that the 5000 and 1000 automatically comes up with my institution so I repeatedly explained that I ENTERED the routing number when prompted and she kept saying no it put in its own routing number. So this went on and on and now I have 500 deposit slips that I can not use and the company will not remake my order the way I ordered it or refund my money. Horrible horrible customer service

ZERO STARS DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY Ive placed an order on 811 and the confirmation said 710 business days. I still didnt receive my order and they keep on telling me that they didnt even start yet and that the lead time is now 2535 business days Bad customer service lying in their website. I will never order from them again. Avoid the problems and find a different company.

Steer clear from this company8230 No checks yet

I ordered my checks on August 29 with a delivery date of September 12... a day later and NO CHECKS. When a company gives you a deivery date Id expect them to deliver. The problem was to ship the checks faster youd have to pay ridiculous amounts of money when clearly it doesnt cost even 15.00 to send a box of crackers. So I went with the cheapest shipping route and placed my order. I was surprised to receive an email from them shortly after placing my order which I found weird stating that my order had shipped. Whaaaaat I literally just placed my order how could that possibly be I dont know what kind of business they are running whos leading and whos pushing it but this company has gone from respectable to regrettable. If you can find another company that can provide you this service and provides tracking numbers and customer service.

Charging 25 to ship a single business check book for standard 710 day shipping is clearly price gouging. I ship stuff all the time through different curriers and its NEVER that expensive for something so small.

DeluxeBike sells junk and doesn8217t respond to customers.

They do not respond to emails or chat messages. They sold me a Mavic wheel that was so very poorly built that it will have to have major repairs before it can be ridden Multiple emails and messages sent to them seeking returnrefund have been ignored They claim to offer 30day return and refund. I suspect its a fake Mavic knockoff because the real Mavic website doesnt recognize the wheels serial number AND because such an old wellestablished wellrespected wheel builder would NEVER send a customer such a defective product.

Avoid bad customer services.

Deluxe bought MacHighway in an effort to reinvent themshelves as a digital services provider. I have been a customer of MacHighway for over 20 years and never experienced such an aweful experience post acquision. I am trying to move off their platform and all they do is block me. I am so sick of woke companies. They have gay pride checks but really no religious checks to pick from. Its past time for companies to actually do what they are suppose to do and get out of politics. In looking at the reviews it is apparent there customer service is horrible so I would suggest working on your customer service and running your business instead of playing politics.

Misprinted name couldn8217t be corrected after an hour with customer service.

When I decided to order personalized checks from Deluxe I was excited to add a personalized touch to my banking experience. However this excitement quickly turned to frustration when I encountered a significant issue with the printing of my name on the checks. I was shocked to find that my name had been misprinted with an arbitrary capitalization in the middle of the word. This error made the checks appear unprofessional and unacceptable for use. Determined to rectify the situation I promptly reached out to both my bank and Deluxe in hopes of finding a solution. My first point of contact was the customer service team at my bank where I spent a considerable amount of time explaining the issue and seeking assistance. However it became evident that the root of the problem lay with Deluxe the service responsible for printing the checks. As such I was directed to engage directly with Deluxes customer service to address the misprint. My patience was tested as I spent a frustrating hour on the phone with Deluxe attempting to resolve the issue to no avail. I was disheartened to learn that the company claimed they could not add a note to the order or exert any control over the printing process. Despite my efforts a second reorder yielded the same erroneous results further exacerbating my disappointment. The checks meant to enhance my financial transactions now seemed utterly worthless due to the persistent misprint. This experience not only undermined the utility of the checks but also left me deeply disillusioned with the level of customer service provided by Deluxe. In conclusion my initial anticipation of personalized checks turned into a regrettable ordeal. This is the worst company ever

This is the worst company ever. We got literally harassed by our bank US bank into doing business with them checks webiste website hosting ect.have had them for 9 years absolutely moronic incompetent company with the worst customer service. web hosting is a joke everything you need to do needs approval noone ever returns your phone calls customer service cant ever read their e mails right and do what you need. everything takes days and hours on the phone with multiple people to resolve constant mistakes...billing department cant ever do anything right either while still charging you for yourself a favor and go with someone else.
