My review for dermalogica.co.uk Too expensive! They are good products there is no doubt but to continue to keep up a good skin routine with these products at £96 just for a moisturiser is getting ridiculous. Just not sustainable for people on an average wage! N

With a few hundred euro of products in my basket I saw that despite ordering through the .ie website the products were being shipped from the UK. I emailed to check if I would be liable for Irish customs charges- twice! Six days later im still waiting for an answer! Why have a .ie website if Irish customers are going to be charged more than buying the same products through an Irish company? S

Least relaxing facial ever
Disheartened and frustrated, I had the most disappointing experience at the Duke of York spa after booking a Hydrafacial on the dermalogica.co.uk website. A few hours before my scheduled appointment, they informed me that the slot wasn't available due to a website bug, and I had to rebook for a later date. When I finally arrived for my rescheduled appointment, I was informed that the Hydrafacial machine wasn't working, and I had to settle for one of two alternative facials, neither of which matched my initial choice. To my dismay, the facial took place in the midst of the shop's hustle and bustle, far from the serene and tranquil setting I had hoped for. The lack of privacy and relaxation made it impossible to unwind. Despite the facial supposedly including extractions, my nose remained filled with blackheads, and the therapist's explanation fell short, leaving me feeling dissatisfied and unheard. What added to my disappointment was the absence of any apologies, discounts, or compensation for the inconvenience I had experienced. An experience that was meant to rejuvenate and refresh turned into a draining disappointment, leaving me disheartened and out of pocket after purchasing products at full price. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this spa to anyone else based on my experience, and I am hesitant to return. This wasn't just a waste of money; it was a missed opportunity for relaxation and self-care. B

Products are great generally but if/when you do have a problem or query, their customer service is shockingly bad and impersonal and that’s if you even get a reply!!! Think it’s time to move on. Z

I used Dermalogica14 years ago first time and don’t know why I discontinued, it was good then and still they are good.
