I cannot express how grateful I am for the exceptional service I received from des-marques-et-vous.com. My daughter bought me a polo at a 30% discount for my birthday through a private sale using her mother's loyalty card. Unfortunately, the polo was too big, so we went to the Villeneuve d'Ascq store for an exchange. To our dismay, the card had expired just days before, and despite the purchase being made on June 17th, the card expired on June 18th and we were at the store on June 23rd. The staff informed us that they couldn't process the exchange with an expired card. Ultimately, I had to purchase a new loyalty card for 9 euros just to facilitate the exchange. When I expressed my frustration to the cashier, another staff member intervened in an unacceptable manner. The lack of consideration and empathy shown to me was truly disheartening. With only one register open at 6:55 pm and a long line of 10 people waiting, it was evident that the staff were not focused on providing quality service. My overview for des-marques-et-vous.com Inadmissible : ma fille m'offre pour mon anniversaire un polo en promo à -30% en vente privé acheté avec la carte de fidélité de sa maman. Le polo étant trop grand, nous nous rendons sur place pour un échange (magasin de Villeneuve d'Ascq). Figurez-vous qu'entre temps, la carte arrive en expiration ... on parle de quelques jours ... du coup, commercialement, la personne me dit qu'il est unimaginable de faire l'échange avec une carte invalide .... invalide au 18/06 nous sommes le 23/06 et achat fait le 17/06, un samedi ... Il a fallu que je rachète une carte de fidélité à 9 euros pour l'échange. Quand je dis au vendeur, qu'ils sont commercialement zéro (vu que je ne peux mettre ce que j'ai vraiment dit dans l'avis), la caissière d'à côté se permet d'intervenir en me montrant la porte .... un scandale .... Un conseil à éviter de toute urgence. A 18h55 qu' une caisse ouverte avec 10 personnes qui attendent ...et un personnel pas à l'écoute (peut être pressé de rentrer chez eux)Franchement, allez acheter sur web, vous aurez plus de considération que dans ce magasin.... Plus jamais.
