After embarking on a journey with diddikicks.co.uk over two years ago, I must admit that my initial impressions left much to be desired. However, my son's joy in attending Diddikicks kept us engaged despite the rocky start. The classes provided a valuable social environment for my little one to interact with peers, fostering his growth and development. While the early days were met with some challenges, a positive shift occurred with a change in staff, elevating our experience. Unfortunately, recent encounters took a disappointing turn, prompting me to reach out to management for resolution. Regrettably, the response fell short of expectations, leaving me feeling undervalued and unimportant. A particular interaction with the Owner/Manager lacked the professionalism I had hoped for, which was disheartening. Another incident involving a missed birthday card for my son, despite prior assurances, drew unapologetic and confrontational emails, further straining our relationship. Regrettably, due to these accumulating disappointments and feeling that our concerns were not addressed adequately, I made the difficult decision to cancel our subscription. The decision was made out of the concern that our patronage did not hold the weight it deserved in their eyes. While bidding farewell to Diddikicks, we have found solace in an alternative toddler football program in the area. I encourage others to explore different options as well.
