Unreliable. Don’t buy more than you’re prepared to lose.

I can't speak highly enough of digital-movies-now.com. Their services have been instrumental in enhancing my digital movie collection. I initially purchased some iTunes movie codes, and the redemption process was seamless. I was so impressed that I decided to make a larger purchase, buying a movie and an entire TV series. Unfortunately, there were some complications with the TV series code redemption, but their customer service team was prompt and accommodating. They not only provided a full refund for the TV series but also compensated me for the redeemed movie. The representative even encouraged me to give it another try, which I did. However, the second code didn't work, and that's when things took a turn. It was a disappointing experience when I realized that the codes I received were not as advertised. I reached out to customer service, hoping to address the issue, but unfortunately, I did not receive the support I had come to expect. In the end, I discovered that I had been sold Vudu codes instead of the iTunes codes I had ordered, and what's worse, those codes had already been sold to someone else. Despite this setback, I'm grateful for the initial positive experiences with digital-movies-now.com, but it's unfortunate that my later interactions were so disappointing.
