Ultimately, I wasn't satisfied with that one either. I went on vacation and upon my return, I found that the new book also didn't meet my needs. I checked the receipt and saw that I could still return it in time. This morning, I exchanged it for the original book I had wanted. At the checkout, I was told that they are not a "library." I understand that, but sometimes circumstances lead to returning similar items twice. However, receiving a lecture about it was unnecessary. If I were returning books on a weekly or monthly basis, I would understand the lecture. But this time, it just happened to be two books. I have never had a racist experience at Dille & Kamille. But this morning, the question crossed my mind, "did I receive a lecture because I have a different skin color?"
