I needed a replacement receiver and remote called on Nov 16 for this service took me 45 minutes talking to an offshore rep, thought i finally had it, I received an new receiver but no remote so i decided to cancel my service just spent an hour trying to do that, going to cost me 40 dollars for their mistake but worth the cost.
