Paid for lake view but could only see…

A message later informed us that the view would transform into a winter wonderland once the leaves descended. Despite the reassurance, the initial disappointment lingered, compounded by the perceived lack of attentiveness in addressing our concerns. This episode marked a bittersweet conclusion to our multi-year tradition, prompting a decision to cease future visits with both a heavy heart and a reluctance to endorse the experience to our loved ones.
