The response lacked an apology or any commitment to ensuring it doesn't happen again. Why is it you think offering a discount on your next purchase is an adequate solution? By the way I was offered a 20% discount code while they are currently running a 30% discount on their website :-( Really! The item (shorts) arrived, un-bagged and in a large box, which you could have fitted about 10 pairs. The shorts themselves appear to have been the victim of a discontented warehouse person who appears to have attempted to clean the warehouse floor with them before putting them into the box.
