As a loyal customer of Dockin, I must admit that my initial experience left me deeply disappointed. When my Dockin Define Box unexpectedly malfunctioned after just over a year of use, I felt let down by the lack of support from the company. The offer of a mere 20% discount on a replacement only increased my frustration, especially when compared to competitors like JBL and Bose, who offer 2-3 year warranties. Despite the setback, I decided to give Dockin another chance and purchased a new device. The decision was primarily driven by my desire for superior bass quality, a feature that had initially drawn me to the brand. Although the new box was indeed large and heavy, the promise of exceptional bass performance overshadowed any inconvenience. To my delight, the sound quality exceeded my expectations, rivaling even that of top competitors.
