I recently purchased a Dolce Gusto Genio S coffee machine from dolce-gusto.it and unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. Shortly after purchasing the machine on November 11th, I encountered some issues and had to return it on November 14th. Despite my efforts, the retailer Unieuro refused to provide a replacement or refund, and the machine was sent for repairs. It's now January 1st, 2023, and I am still without a replacement machine. Despite assurances around December 20th that a new one was being shipped to me, I have yet to receive it. The level of customer service and support has been extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise considering other brands, as the after-sales support from Dolce Gusto has been inadequate and unacceptable. It's frustrating and disheartening to be without a working coffee machine for nearly two months, and it's a stark reminder of the importance of reliable customer service. I hope that others can learn from my experience and make an informed decision when choosing a brand for their coffee needs. M
