Consequently, the form people were using to sign up became inaccessible, causing our subscriber count to plummet from 3500 to just 320. Despite the setback, we remained committed to our word and refrained from re-sending to the old list, which had been deleted. The challenges did not end there. We subsequently created a flow for new members to receive a series of emails after signing up. However, new subscribers were required to confirm their subscription via a confirmation link, ensuring their voluntary registration. Unfortunately, some of these newly registered individuals marked the initial email from the mailflow as spam, leading to the closure of our account yet again. Drip attributed this action to our status as new customers and their need to exercise additional caution. While this caution is understandable, it would have been more appropriate if we had imported the customers ourselves. Despite the setbacks, our brief experience with Drip has not only incurred significant financial costs but also consumed a considerable amount of our time. If given the chance, I would strongly recommend seeking an alternative service provider. This experience with Drip has taught us valuable lessons and emphasized the importance of clear communication and seamless transitions when implementing new systems.
