Exceptional Service, but Duo Roller Blinds May Not Last Long

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing around 15 duo roller blinds from duorolgordijn.eu, and I must say that the service provided by HEWO was truly exceptional. From seamless transactions to prompt and effective communication, I was thoroughly impressed. The products were undeniably exquisite, and any issues were met with top-notch customer support. However, there is a downside to these otherwise fantastic blinds - their durability. Despite their initial appeal, I found that these blinds only lasted around 5 to 7 years. Disappointingly, two of the oldest blinds (8 years) have already torn irreparably along the fabric. It's unfortunate that such beautifully crafted blinds have a relatively short lifespan. I hope that this company can find a better solution for this issue in the future, as I may have to explore other options for window coverings to avoid the hassle of reordering in just a few years.
