Unmatched Comfort, But Frustrating Coupon Experience

I recently made a purchase on easyspirit.com, and while I absolutely love the comfort and quality of their shoes, I encountered a frustrating issue with a coupon code. I attempted to use a coupon I received from the Shop Today show special, only to find that the website wouldn't accept the code for any of my selected items. This experience left me feeling extremely frustrated. There were no prompts to explain why the code was ineligible, which added to my disappointment. Despite this setback, I must emphasize that the comfort and style of their footwear is truly unmatched. I hope their customer service can address these technical glitches, as I truly value the brand and its products.

Not so “Easy” change policy

My review for easyspirit.com I placed an order online on Jan. 25, 2024. I checked my email 1 hour and 10 min later and realized when I was shopping and selected to view a different color of the shoe I was viewing, it changed my shoe size from 8.5 to a 5. So since it was so late in the evening I immediately sent an email to their customer service dept. The next morning by 10 am I had not heard from them so I called. The representative told me that it was too late. I only had 1 hour after placing the order to change or cancel it. The order did not ship until 4 days later, but they could not change the size. What type of company does this??? This was shipping direct to my sister as a gift. So now we had to go through getting a return label, and now something that was meant as a gift is now work for her to have to take to a return location. Not only that, they took $9.99 for the inbound shipping to me, and charged me another $6.95 to return them. All because their software did not keep my size on the webpage, that only the photo of the color of shoe changed. I realize that I should have double checked it, but I also realize that in the computer age we live in that there is an easy way for them to open an order up and change a size, color, or even cancel an order well after a one hour time limit and a shipment not being made until 4 days after the order was placed. I am furious with Easy Spirit and myself. So "Easy" is not so easy.

Ordered a shoe size 9.5

My review for easyspirit.com Ordered a shoe size 9.5 - extra wide WW shoe and it's impossible the shoe size was accurate. My guess the shoe size was maybe an 8.5. A total waste of time & beware if you provide your email address you will be inundated with emails from Easy Spirit.

However, to my dismay, the promised discount was not reflected at the checkout, contrary to what was indicated on the product page. Despite my efforts to seek a refund for the unfulfilled discount, my requests were denied. I urge all potential customers to exercise caution when considering purchases from easyspirit.com. The misleading discount offer and refusal to honor it have left me deeply dissatisfied with their service. It is my sincere advice to refrain from engaging with this company in the future.

Would give 0 stars if possible

I recently had the most disappointing experience with easyspirit.com, where I ordered a pair of size 7 wide shoes and received the wrong size. To add to the frustration, the customer service response was abysmal. They initially only offered a one-time refund in the form of a gift card, trapping me into another purchase on their site. When I attempted to reorder the correct size, the website wouldn't allow me to change or cancel the order, leaving me in disbelief and feeling powerless as a customer. Even though I reached out to customer service, I received nothing but automated responses and promises to escalate my issue without any actual resolution. The lack of empathy and assistance from the representatives made me feel like my problem was not being taken seriously. This entire ordeal has made me vow never to shop at Easy Spirit again. The combination of receiving the wrong product and the unhelpful customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth. I sincerely hope that others won't have to endure the same level of frustration and disappointment that I did. Easy Spirit needs to do better in terms of customer service and product quality.

Would give 0 stars if possible

My review for easyspirit.com Would give 0 stars if possible. Worst customer service I have had! Here is my experience: I bought a pair of size 7 wide shoes, got 12 M. They were on clearance, so no return or exchange allowed!! They did give me a one time only refund on a gift card I had to spend on their site. Thought, well maybe it was my error- tried to buy the shoes again; triple checked the size before placing it. Guess what? It now says I ordered 12 M again and will not let me change or cancel the order!!! As for myself, I will never ever buy Easy Spirit again! Horrible Customer service - yes, I have contacted them again, but of course no one works on Sunday. They allowed one hour from the time I placed the order last night to change or cancel -but I did not get the email showing the wrong size until this morning! The only response I am getting is an automated email (per the 3 customer service reps I have talked with) telling me to call customer service! The customer service reps are not enabled to do anything except place another escalated ticket! No response from anyone to these tickets or offers to assist in any way!

My review for easyspirit.com I am an exshoe repair man and what happened with easy spirits is simple. YEARS back they had really nice GOOD shoes and people just love them. NOW some one else took our the COMANY and these new people do not care AT ALL. This what happened so Just NEVER buy or order from them AGAIN. I order shoes from other company they tell my shoes will come in 30 days or sooner, and guess want there in about 6 or 7 days and there the right size color. Just change your shoe company!!! Bye Bye easy spirits.

Incorrect Item Sent To Me

My review for easyspirit.com Today I received my order which consisted of someone else’s order inside. Box was addressed to me, but inside the invoice and shoes belong to someone in California. Called customer service and complained and I have to wait 8-10 days for a refund because of their error. I will never order from Easy Spirit again!

My review for easyspirit.com The website is all about misdirection. There is not clear information about processing time or ability to cancel order. The website would not allow me to cancel an order even when the order had not yet been processed. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EASY SPIRIT if you want clear communication and a positive expience.
