I had an incredibly disappointing experience with eaze.com. I placed an order at 1 PM and was given an ETA of 3 o'clock. However, at 3 PM, I received a message pushing the estimated arrival to 3:55. Feeling frustrated, I contacted customer service at 4 PM, only to be informed that my order would take another 50 minutes. This forced me to cancel and reorder at 5:30. Despite being given an ETA of 6:30, I received another message stating that my order wouldn't arrive until 6:55-7:15. Despite my patience, at 7:30, the company informed me that the driver was still 50 minutes away. After a 30-minute wait, I received another message delaying the delivery by an additional 41 minutes, and then, to my disbelief, my order was cancelled 20 minutes later. The lack of consideration for my time and the unprofessional behavior displayed by the company was unacceptable. I would not recommend eaze.com to anyone, based on this experience. S
