It's an unsettling method of customer retention, to say the least. This is a shame because if the software had been meticulously programmed, it would have been an exceptional program. Regrettably, that doesn't seem to be the case. I strongly advise others to steer clear of making the same mistake I did by opting for this software. The same sentiment applies to ecoMAILZ as well. The most recent update brought about unexpected issues, despite being within the same major version, and the new generated database turned out to be incompatible with the pre-update version, making a rollback only feasible if a comprehensive database backup was taken before the update. A clear warning and guidance on this would have been greatly appreciated. In conclusion, the potential of ecodms.de and ecoMAILZ is overshadowed by the flaws in implementation, support, and overall user experience.
