Exceptional Service and Outstanding Experience!

My experience with ecoservice24.de was nothing short of exceptional. Ordering a container for soil removal was swift, with prompt delivery and no issues initially. However, things took an unexpected turn during the pickup. The driver, unfortunately, displayed unprofessional behavior, causing a scene in the neighborhood due to some excess soil around the container. Despite the driver's rudeness, our team remained courteous, promptly clearing the excess soil to facilitate the pickup. Surprisingly, the driver remained dissatisfied, prompting us to request the container be emptied on the spot. Strangely enough, the removal process went smoothly, proving that the initial concerns were unfounded. To our dismay, upon receiving the invoice, we discovered an additional 100€ charge, despite the container being empty upon collection. Following our complaint, we were required to settle a bill close to 200€ for an unsettling experience. While the service initially appeared promising, the unsatisfactory conduct of the driver and the unexpected billing concerns left a bitter taste. Regrettably, I cannot recommend ecoservice24.de based on this encounter.

My assessment for ecoservice24.de Das Angebot klingt erstmal intestine: Man kauft einen handlicher Kunststoff-Bag für kleine Abfallmengen bis 1 Kubikmeter. Die Abholung ist inclusive. Ich habe jetzt 5 Wochen!!! auf die Abholung warten müssen, nachdem ich mehrmals reklamiert hatte. Ich vermute, dass die Nachfrage (aufgrund des stark angestiegen Preises) so gering ist, dass es für die Fuhrunternehmer uninteressant ist, die vereinzelten Säcke mit einem 26-Tonner einzusammlen..
