However, no experience is without its hiccups. In my case, a minor disappointment surfaced with UPS delivery service. Despite Ekoi's prompt dispatch, UPS managed to muck up the delivery from the start, leading to a frustrating delay in receiving my helmet. Nevertheless, Ekoi's exceptional product quality and service overshadowed this setback. For any cycling enthusiast seeking a reliable and top-of-the-line helmet, Ekoi is undoubtedly the way to go. I wholeheartedly recommend Ekoi's AR13 helmet for its superior craftsmanship, unmatched comfort, and unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. M

Wrong size information and poor customer support
I recently had a disappointing experience with Ekoi's cycling shoes. Despite following the size guide, the shoes were too small in both length and width, even though I ordered one size larger than recommended. What frustrated me further was the lack of assistance from Ekoi's customer support. I reached out twice regarding the incorrect size information on their website and asked for assistance with the return process, but to my dismay, I received no response at all. It's disheartening to feel like a company doesn't care about its customers, especially when it comes to something as crucial as sizing information. I hope Ekoi addresses these issues going forward, as I can't in good conscience recommend their webshop to others. It's crucial for companies to prioritize accurate information and responsive customer service, and unfortunately, Ekoi fell short in both aspects during my experience. M

Exceptional Quality but Disappointing Customer Service Experience
I had been eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new cycling shoes from Ekoi. The moment I opened the package, I was in awe of the craftsmanship and quality—truly top-notch. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment when I realized that the shoes were not the right size despite following the size guide provided by Ekoi. Despite ordering one size larger than recommended, the shoes were still uncomfortably small, both in length and width. My attempts to resolve the situation only added to my frustration. Not only did I have to bear the cost of returning the ill-fitting shoes—a policy apparently enforced during January and February—but my attempts to alert Ekoi to the inaccurate size information and request for them to cover the return cost were met with absolute silence. My outreach to Ekoi, not once but twice, went unanswered. No acknowledgment of receipt, no response to my plea for assistance. It was disheartening to experience such lack of care and concern from a brand I had trusted. Although I am genuinely impressed by the quality of their products, the disappointing customer service experience leaves me unable to recommend Ekoi. The misleading size information coupled with the apparent disregard for their customers' concerns has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction.
